Establishment of Joint Venture Company in Seoul, Korea

Rim Intelligence Co. set up a joint venture company with Korea's publishing company, Energy Media Co. Ltd at the end of October 2012. The new company is called Rim Energy Media (REM). From January 2013, Rim Energy Media starts issuing a daily REM report covering oil prices and market movements. Local staff in Korea are in charge of information gathering and composing the report. They do so in an independent manner to ensure market transparency and fairness. By fully utilizing Rim's information gathering techniques for spot markets and Energy Media's extensive network and contacts in Korea, REM issues relevant market information sought by the oil industry in Korea in a timely manner.
