In trade for March-loading Dubai, Malaysia's state-owned Petronas bought two cargoes. The sellers were Briton's BP and US Occidental Petroleum. They sold 500,000barrels each to Petronas at premiums of about flat to the OSP for March-loading, which Dubai Department of Petroleum Affairs would set. After the deal, PetroChina still held one cargo of March-loading Dubai, according to sources. Meanwhile, ENEOS and United Petroleum & Chemicals Co (UNIPEC) apparently had spot demand.

African/European/Russian/American Crude

A supply program for Congo's Djeno was unveiled. The supplies for March-loading totaled seven cargoes (each 920,000bbl), stable from normal months. Biritish Perenco plans to handle one cargo for Mar 4-5 loading. In addition, three cargoes (Mar 8-9, 17-18 and 29-30 loading) were allocated to French Total Energies. Furthermore, the Congo's government would hold two cargoes (Mar 13-14, 21-22 loading) and US Chevron would have one cargo for 25-26 loading.

Asia Pacific Crude

In trade for March-loading Indonesian grades, some end-users moved on spot purchase. Thailand's PTT Public Co (PTT) bought small quantities of Minas packaged with other grades. The price for Minas was at premiums to Dated Brent on CFR basis although details were unknown.
