Saibu Gas Holdings opened a second donut shop after starting this business this fiscal year in Shingu town in Fukuoka prefecture owing to brisk sales in the first shop in Fukuoka city. Regarding the opening of a third shop, the company said, "We will consider it after checking the situation."

Saibu Gas offers an exclusive menu in each donut shop. At the second shop, the exclusive menu is a honey-cheese flavor and according to the company, "Many people waited in in line to enter the shop on Nov 5, the opening day." The first shop sells spicy-cod-roe flavor as the exclusive menu.

Saibu Gas has a business plan to improve its food-related business in addition to other businesses such as real estate, and to lower the proportion of its gas energy business from the current 60% to 50% in fiscal year 2030.
